SPOKE THE TRUTH EVEN WHILE JOKING

Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4886
وَعَن أنسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اسْتَحْمَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي حَامِلُكَ عَلَى وَلَدِ نَاقَةٍ؟» فَقَالَ: مَا أَصْنَعُ بِوَلَدِ النَّاقَةِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «وَهَلْ تَلِدُ الْإِبِلُ إِلَّا النُّوقُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
Sayyiduna Anas رضي الله عنه narrated that a man requested Allah's Messenger صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ for a riding beast. He said, 'I shall give you a young one of a she-camel to ride on." The man asked, "what shall I do with a young of a she-camel?" So, Allah's Messenger صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ asked, "Then, do any other than she camels give birth to camels?" [1]
