25/80. Chapter:

SIT TOGETHER, NOT SEPARATELY

Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 4724

وَعَن جَابر بن سَمُرَة قَالَ: جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابُهُ جُلُوسٌ فَقَالَ: «مَا لِي أَرَاكُمْ عِزينَ؟» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

Sayyiduna Jabir ibn Samurah رضى الله عنه narrated that when Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم came (into the mosque from his home), the sahabah (Prophet's Companions) رضي الله عنهم were seated (in groups, hither and thither). He said, "Why is it that I see you is separate groups?" [1]
