Personal Data

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, specifically your email address which you opt-in when sending us your feedback, reporting a hadith and saving your settings on your Google Drive. Your email address when reporting a hadith or sending feedback is strictly used to communicate with you if necessary regarding that specific report or feedback. Your email address is not shared with any other third-party.

Mobile Device Access

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, specifically your mobile device’s Internet, Network Access State, External storage write permission, External storage permission, Vibrate and Clear app cache permission. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.


Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

  1. Your storage is used to save your bookmarks.
  2. Your storage is used to retrieve the last hadith you read.
  3. Your storage is used to save a copy of your settings.
  4. Your email address is used to save your settings for future usage.
  5. Your email address is also used to identify you when you send your feedback.
  6. Your email address is also used to identify you when you report a hadith.
  7. Your mobile Network state data is used to check if we can download the needed data.


None of your data is exchanged, stored or used by any third party or by us, other than being used in the by the email delivery system and by Google Drive which only saves a copy of your settings on your Google Drive account.
